Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Xceliq (the “Service”), operated by Euclideum Solutions Private Limited (“Euclideum Solutions Private Limited”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office in India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Xceliq provides cognitive practice games and assessment tooling. Practice trials and assessment questions are procedurally generated and evaluated by our servers. Institutions may additionally use the Service to author, administer and report on assessments for their members.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or use the Service under institutional supervision with appropriate consent.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • The free plan is provided at no charge. The Pro plan is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
  • Institutional programs are governed by separate written agreements and are independent of personal subscriptions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to extract answer keys, automate play, or interfere with assessment integrity;
  • share, sell or transfer accounts or assessment access;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Because assessments are used by institutions to make real decisions, integrity violations may result in immediate suspension and notification to the sponsoring institution.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, generation algorithms, software and content, is owned by Euclideum Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your assessment responses and practice data remain yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate, score and report on them.

6. Assessment results

Results are computed by deterministic scoring algorithms. Where an institution sponsors your assessment, that institution controls release of results and may access your scores under its agreement with us.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euclideum Solutions Private Limited’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.
